Yes, y'all can upload photos on the myaccess account.

On the "my benefits" homepage, click the red link that says "upload and view my documents" then click the cherry "add" button, input information, upload document, then press add again. Make sure you hit salvage in one case you are done.

Yeah striking save after it shows its uploaded is disquisitional took me awhile to catch that as ane might assume its uploaded successfully good to go and presume salvage is just relieve progress to end later

level 2

On the benefits page there is absolutely no link for me? The website doesn't fifty-fifty work for me half the time unfortunately.

I'thousand too having this same event there is absolutely no where that says to upload whatever kind of document information technology but shows applications and gives data about your case nothing about upload I don't know why they make this stuff so hard to do when it could all be so simple why tell us it's a fashion to do information technology without giving links walking people through information technology nosotros already have to be on hold for over an 60 minutes (me right now) they really need to update everything to be elementary

After being on agree for about two 1/2 hours I finally spoke to someone (and so from what I was told) I chosen the number asked them to explain how to upload the documents they had to reset my information because apparently I wasn't logged in in awhile (idk either) merely once I input the data I was told from the woman I spoke to I got in an was instructed to reset my password after doing that it kicked me out to login again with the new password and finally once I logged in it took me to a whole new screen that allowed me to not only run into my info merely upload my documents so my advice is every bit long as the hold is simply call and wait the unabridged time til someone answers and ask them the aforementioned thing how to upload documents because this wasn't explained to me the commencement time plus I was at work but this time the woman was so dainty and I was able to become everything fixed and uploaded

I figured this out with a snap rep. You have to login with your original username and password that yous used for your very first case submission. The new claim that you lot file with a unlike username and countersign is not going to take yous to your account, information technology is going to only allow you to see you lot merits condition and needed action, that is why at that place is no upload push. Your original account has the option where you upload documents ect. I was on hold for two hours and 30 minutes to observe that out. If yous don't know your OG username and Password yous need to call the snap assistance help line (not the card line) and ask them to tell yous your username and they will reset your password with a temp one after y'all answer your security questions. Update your temp password with a new one and wahlah. Upload your stuff

Oh give thanks you and so much! Jeez I was prepare to spend a coupla hours on hold, but your tip worked! I've spent all morning time on this and You fixed it, YAY!
